OAHPERD Memorial Scholarship

The Ohio Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance is requesting applications for the annual Memorial Scholarship Award. All Ohio colleges and universities with HPERD programs of study are invited to select one or two senior (undergraduate) students, either male or female, to be nominated for this scholarship (maximum of two nominees from any institution).

• Professional Participation: membership and participation in professional organizations. Must be a member of OAHPERD at the time of consideration.
• Non-Professional Participation: involvement in extra-curricular activities within college/university, and/or local communities.
• Established competence as a student scholar.
• Professional goals.
• Recommended by a faculty member.
• All application materials must be uploaded by the deadline.
